Step 1:

Upon receipt of your order the printer will be advised to print your work. A delay of one to three weeks is possible depending on traffic. All the formats indicated include white margins varying between 5 and 10 cm more or less.

2nd step:

Once printed and dried, your signed and numbered artwork will be very carefully protected, wrapped in acid-free paper and covered with a plastic wrap, then inserted into a rigid tube designed for this purpose. Inside will be added gloves to handle the artwork as well as the certificate of authenticity.

Step 3:

The work will be sent by insured courier. Shipping costs are included for Canada. For other countries, the amount of the costs will be added at the time of the order.

Step 4:

Do not handle the artwork with bare hands, wear gloves (latex or nitrile). When you are ready, you bring the artwork in its tube to a framer for an assembly of your choice.

Note: After a period of 31 days, the customer can be refunded in full if he no longer wishes to wait for the delivery of the artwork. If the artwork ordered does not arrive in good condition, it will be easy to communicate with us for a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs following the return of the artwork.
